Interface phenomena refer to the caused by various physical and chemical processes occurring at phase interfaces. These can include adhesion, friction, lubrication, evaporation, condensation, adsorption, monolayer formation, other are applied in many fields, such as food, papermaking, rubber, material science, energy, biomedicine. However, traditional detection equipment cannot meet interface observation needs because information detected techniques electrochemistry, spectroscopy, chromatography, mass spectrometry is limited, sensitivity minimum limit.
